Fans make a band's career possible, and data is how a band understands its fans. Here is everything we collect, what for, and how to ask us to delete it.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR DATA

This policy covers everything we operate: the site, the store, the pack club, the arcade and the maze, our email and WhatsApp lists, and our social accounts. For anything on this page, write to us at [[CORREO DE PRIVACIDAD]].
When we link or embed third-party services — Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, the payment gateway — those platforms collect data on their own account and under their own rules. We choose partners we trust, but do read their policies: what they collect for themselves is not ours to decide.
WHAT WE COLLECT AND WHAT FOR
None of this is mandatory unless stated at the time: you can walk the whole house without giving us a single piece of data.

WHAT WE DON'T DO
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't write to you unless you gave us permission, and every email carries its unsubscribe link.
- We don't ask for sensitive data — health, ethnicity, political or religious beliefs, sex life — and we'd rather you didn't send them.
- We don't make automated decisions with legal effects on you. Nobody is let in or kept out of anything by an algorithm.
YOUR RIGHTS
Peru's Law 29733 gives you the right to know what we hold about you, to correct it if it's wrong, to ask us to delete it and to object to our using it. You can also withdraw your consent whenever you like, without explaining why. Exercise these rights by writing to [[CORREO DE PRIVACIDAD]]; we have legal deadlines to respond.
We may ask you to verify your identity before handing over a copy of your data or deleting it — so nobody can request your data by pretending to be you.
If we don't resolve it to your satisfaction, you can complain to Peru's National Authority for Personal Data Protection, at the Ministry of Justice.
HOW LONG WE KEEP THINGS
As long as needed for what it was collected for. If you unsubscribe, your email comes off the list. Purchase data is kept for the years tax law requires. Your game progress lives as long as your account does; close it and it goes with it.
MINORS
We know part of the pack is under 18, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. The club, purchases and prizes are for 18+ only. For everything else, if you're under 14 we need permission from a parent or guardian before we keep any data about you.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe we hold data about your child without your permission, write to [[CORREO DE PRIVACIDAD]] and we'll delete it.
WHERE THE DATA LIVES
The site and its services run on servers outside Peru, mainly in the United States and Europe. That means your data crosses borders, and when it does we take the safeguards Peruvian law requires for such transfers.
IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE PERU
If you're in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have GDPR rights: access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and restriction, and you may complain to your local authority. If you live in California, you may ask us not to share your data with third parties for their advertising. Use the same email above; we handle them the same way.
IF THIS CHANGES
When we change something important we publish it here with its date, and if you have an account or are on the list we'll tell you. We don't apply major changes retroactively without telling you.
