WHAT THIS IS

This site is operated by [[RAZÓN SOCIAL]] (tax ID [[RUC]]). By entering and using it you accept these rules. If you disagree with any of them, the honest thing is not to use that part of the site.

YOUR ACCOUNT

• ·One account per person, with true details.
• ·You're responsible for what happens with your account: don't share or sell it.
• ·For the club, purchases and prizes you must be 18 or older.
• ·We may close an account that cheats, uses bots, resells things from the Den or harasses others. If that happens, whatever it held is lost.

WHAT YOU WIN BY PLAYING

Keys, rooms, cards, tokens and everything unlocked in the arcade or the maze are a personal licence to use them inside the Den. They aren't yours the way a chair is: they are not property, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to another account.

We never sell advantage: you cannot buy a win, a hint or a shortcut. What you pay for are things that don't make you win faster.

The Den is a living place and it will change. We may adjust the game, move rooms or retire content. If something you'd already earned goes away, we'll do our best to give you an equivalent, but we can't guarantee everything stays the same forever.

THE CLUB

Membership is charged for the period you choose and renews automatically at the end unless you cancel first. The price and what's included are shown before you pay, and if they change we tell you before the next renewal.

Cancelling must be as easy as subscribing: you do it from your account, at any time, without calling anyone. When you cancel you keep the benefits until the period you already paid for ends.

Some benefits depend on third parties — tickets, dates, capacity — and can change for reasons outside our control. When that happens we'll say so plainly and look for a replacement.

THE STORE

Prices are in Peruvian soles and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Before paying you see the total with shipping. An order is confirmed when payment is approved; if something went out of stock, we'll tell you and refund you.

If what arrives is faulty, incomplete or not what you ordered, write to us and we'll replace it or refund you. Shipping times are estimates: we don't run the courier.

WHO OWNS WHAT YOU SEE

The music, illustrations, pack characters, name and logos of We The Lion are ours or belong to those who created them with the band. You may enjoy them, share links and record your time in the Den for your social feeds. You may not sell them, use them to promote something else, or take out of here what only exists here.

If you upload something — your manimal, a comment, a photo — it stays yours, but you give us permission to show it inside the Den and on our channels, crediting you. You can withdraw that permission by asking us to take it down.

WHAT ISN'T DONE HERE

• ·Cheating, automating the game or abusing bugs instead of reporting them.
• ·Taking the Den's exclusive content and publishing it elsewhere.
• ·Bothering, threatening or harassing other people in the pack.
• ·Impersonating the band, its team or another fan.

IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG

We do our best to keep the site standing, but we can't promise it will never go down or never have bugs. We are liable for what Peruvian law makes us liable for, no more and no less.

These terms are governed by the laws of Peru. If you are a consumer, nothing here removes the rights granted to you by Peru's Consumer Protection Code, and you may go to Indecopi. You also have our Complaints Book, and you can always write to us at [[CORREO DE RECLAMOS]].
